Mr. Geis served as Chief Financial Officer of Bush O'Donnell Capital Partners, LLC from 2004 through 2007. Prior to joining Bush O'Donnell & Co., Inc. in January of 2004, Mr. Geis was in the Assurance and Business Advisory Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he started his career. During his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, he was principally involved in leading audit engagements for clients in the financial services industry. In addition to being responsible for his clients’ annual audits and SEC filings, Mr. Geis has experience with projects related to reinsurance contracts, acquisitions and divestitures of blocks of business, operational reviews, benchmarking, and mergers.
Mr. Geis is a graduate of Rockhurst University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society for Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Geis serves on the Board of Our Little Haven, a local organization that provides family services for drug-addicted children. |
