Matthew Koster joined Bush O'Donnell & Co., Inc. in June of 1990 and is a Director and shareholder. Mr. Koster currently serves as President of Missouri Physicians Associates, an insurance subsidiary of Bush O’Donnell & Co., Inc. and as a principal of Bush O’Donnell Smith Capital Services.
Since joining Bush O’Donnell & Co., Inc., Mr. Koster has spent considerable time working on numerous finance, accounting and system projects at various subsidiaries, affiliates, and corporate finance clients. He has provided financial analysis and support in all corporate acquisitions and financial transactions within the Bush O'Donnell's financial advisory and merchant banking effort.
Mr. Koster is a native of St. Louis and holds a BSBA (1990) from Georgetown University, Washington, DC. While at Georgetown, he spent three years as an analyst at Price Waterhouse in Washington, DC and in Nairobi, Kenya.
Mr. Koster has served and continues to serve on a variety of private company boards. |
